1. What personal information we may collect

1.2.3 Based on different business scenarios, the AKASO NVG APP has integrated third-party SDKs. The AKASO NVG APP will only use your personal information for legitimate, proper, and necessary purposes, and will take strict security measures to protect your personal information.
a. To facilitate the operational statistics and exception reporting functions of the AKASO NVG APP, the AKASO NVG APP utilizes the third-party service "Tencent Bugly". This service collects device identifiers when you use the app or when the app is in the background, mainly including: log information (including third-party developer-defined logs, Logcat logs, and app crash stack information), device ID (including Android ID and IDFA), networking information, system name, system version, and country code. 1.2.4 Our App provides a logout function that does not require manual review and takes effect in real time. If you want to log out of all personal information on the AKASO NVG APP, you can go to "Me" - click on "Account" - "Personal Information" - "Log Out Account". Once you confirm the account logout, your personal information will be deleted and the account will not be retained. Once personal information is logged out, all information cannot be restored and will be deleted together. Please operate carefully.
1.2.5 To allocate servers nearby and improve the overall user experience and access speed, we will collect your IP address.
1.2.6 To achieve the service objectives of "AKASO NVG", the personal information collected by "AKASO NVG" through technical means is limited to your phone's ID, WiFi MAC, phone's MAC, SIM serial number, Android_ID, IMSI, device serial number, basic information of the dash cam (we use the phone ID, MAC address, SIM serial number, Android_ID, IMSI, device serial number, and the ID of the dash cam to distinguish and analyze issues and provide feedback after application software anomalies occur, as well as for dash cam authentication), and usage time, which are essential information.
1.2.7 Explanation of MAC sensitive information: We obtain the MAC address of the mobile phone to uniquely distinguish the phone information, so as to collect the problem logs of the APP, better analyze and modify the problem according to the specific mobile phone environment, and provide users with a better experience;
1.2.8 To monitor AKASO NVG error exceptions and optimize and upgrade the platform, we will collect information on application software operational exceptions.
1.2.9 To facilitate error reporting, analysis, and resolution of issues encountered during your operation, we will collect your device information (MAC address), browsing and operation records,
1.3.0 To prevent fraud and protect your information security during use, we will collect your device location information.
1.3.1 Obtaining the list of installed apps: We obtain the list of installed apps to enable users to select from all the apps on their phone that provide sharing functions when choosing to share videos and photos, thereby achieving a better sharing experience.
1.3.2 Reading or deleting phone storage files/collecting SD card data: We need to obtain the phone's storage permission and read the data from the SD card, so as to save the pictures and videos obtained from devices such as dashcams to the corresponding file storage path on the phone, allowing users to view the corresponding data in the corresponding storage path; at the same time, we provide users with the ability to delete these saved files within the app.
1.3.3 Obtaining the running status: We will obtain information about the currently running process to determine whether the current app is running in the foreground, so that when the app switches to the background, it can perform corresponding device processing tasks.

2.1.1 You need to provide your email information to register and log in on the "AKASO NVG" page. We use this information to identify your online membership status on "AKASO NVG" and provide you with our services. If you refuse to provide your email information, we will not be able to create an account for you and provide services.
2.2.2 When you use the "AKASO NVG" function to connect to the recorder, we will collect the WIFI MAC address of your recorder to complete the recorder authorization service.
2.2.3 You need to provide us with information such as but not limited to nickname and avatar, in order to enjoy more services and benefits of "AKASO NVG".
2.3 You can use services provided by third parties through the "AKASO NVG" service. During your use of such services, we will collect (including information you provide and information recorded by the system) and necessary personal information, and share it with the third party providing service support after obtaining your consent, and indirectly obtain relevant information about your use of the service from the third party. If you refuse us to collect and share such information, it will result in your inability to use the corresponding third-party services.
2.4 When you use third-party services through "AKASO NVG", the personal information you directly provide to the third party, or authorize us to share with the third party, will be subject to the privacy protection policies of that third party. When you view webpages created by third parties or use applications developed by third parties, these third parties may place their own cookies or pixel tags, which are not under our control, and their use is not bound by this policy. 3. User rights and responsibilities
3.1 Only individuals or organizations that meet one of the following conditions are eligible to apply to become users of the AKASO NVG platform and use the services provided under this agreement:
3.1.1 Natural persons who have reached the age of eighteen and possess civil rights capacity and civil conduct capacity;
3.1.2 Natural persons who are under the age of eighteen but have written consent from their guardians (including but not limited to parents);
3.1.3 The company or other enterprise legal persons, institutions, social organizations, and other organizations established and legally existing under Chinese laws and regulations. If a person without civil capacity, a person with limited civil capacity, or an organization without business or specific business qualifications is improperly registered as a user, the agreement between them and the company shall be invalid from the beginning. Once discovered by the company, it has the right to immediately cancel the user's registration.
3.2 Users have the right to use the various online services provided by the AKASO NVG platform to its members in accordance with the procedures and requirements stipulated by the AKASO NVG platform. If members have any objections to the services, they can contact the AKASO NVG platform for timely resolution.
3.3 When applying for the use of AKASO NVG platform network services, users must provide accurate personal information to the AKASO NVG platform, and any changes to their personal information must be promptly updated.
3.4 Users must agree to receive relevant commercial information sent to members by AKASO NVG platform via email or other means.
3.5 When using the AKASO NVG platform services, users must comply with the relevant laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China and shall not use the services for any illegal or improper activities, including but not limited to the following behaviors:
3.5.1 Produce, duplicate, release, disseminate, or transmit in any other manner information containing any of the following content:
·Opposing the basic principles established by the Constitution
·Endangering national security, leaking state secrets, subverting state power, and undermining national unity;
·Damage national honor and interests;
· Inciting ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, and undermining ethnic unity;
·Violating national religious policies, promoting cults and feudal superstitions;
·Spreading rumors, disrupting social order, and undermining social stability;
·Spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, homicide, terrorism, or abetting crimes;
Insulting or defaming others, infringing upon the lawful rights of others;
· Inciting illegal assemblies, associations, processions, demonstrations, or gathering crowds to disturb social order;
·Operating under the guise of an illegal non-governmental organization;
·Containing false, harmful, coercive, infringing on others' privacy, harassing, infringing, slandering, vulgar, obscene, or other morally repugnant content;
·Containing other content restricted or prohibited by Chinese laws, regulations, rules, ordinances, and any other norms with legal effect.
3.5.2 You shall not use AKASO NVG services to engage in the following activities:
·Entering a computer information network or using computer information network resources without permission;
·Deleting, modifying, or adding to the functions of computer information networks without permission;
·Deleting, modifying, or adding data and applications stored, processed, or transmitted in computer information networks without permission;
·Deliberately creating and spreading destructive programs such as computer viruses;
·Other behaviors that endanger computer information network security.
3.6 If the user violates this agreement or the relevant service terms, resulting in any claims, demands, or losses asserted by any third party, including reasonable attorney fees, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless AKASO NVG platform, its cooperating companies, and affiliated companies. In this regard, AKASO NVG platform has the right to take measures, including but not limited to deleting the user's posted content, suspending the use license, terminating the service, restricting the use, reclaiming AKASO NVG platform accounts, and pursuing legal liability, depending on the nature of the user's behavior. For malicious registration of AKASO NVG platform accounts or using AKASO NVG platform accounts for illegal activities, disruptions, harassment, deception, other users, and other violations of this agreement, AKASO NVG platform has the right to reclaim the account. At the same time, the company will assist in investigations as required by judicial authorities.
3.7 Users shall not duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or use any part of the AKASO NVG platform for any other commercial purposes by any means.
3.8 Users shall bear legal responsibility for their actions during the use of AKASO NVG platform services. The forms of legal responsibility borne by users include but are not limited to: compensating the victims, and after the AKASO NVG platform operating company has first borne the administrative penalties or infringement damages caused by the user's actions, the user shall compensate the AKASO NVG platform operating company in an equivalent amount.
4. Intellectual property rights
4.1 The AKASO NVG platform website and any related software, programs, and content used on the website, including but not limited to works, images, files, materials, website architecture, website layout arrangements, webpage design, advertisements or information presented to users through this website or advertisers, are legally owned by the company or other right holders, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, patents, or other exclusive rights, and are protected by relevant laws. Without the express authorization of the company or right holders, users guarantee not to modify, rent, lend, sell, distribute this website and any of the aforementioned materials and resources used on this website, or make any kind of items based on the aforementioned materials and resources.
4.2 The Company grants the user a non-transferable and non-exclusive right to use the object code of this website (hereinafter referred to as "the Software") through a standalone computer. However, the user shall not, and shall not permit any third party to, copy, modify, create derivative works, perform reverse engineering, reverse compile, or otherwise decipher or attempt to decipher the source code, or sell, transfer, sublicense, or otherwise transfer any rights in the "Software". 4.3 AKASO NVG platform reserves the right to annotate all functional interfaces provided by the platform with relevant copyright information such as "This function is provided by AKASO NVG platform"..
4.4 Users shall not use this website through interfaces not provided by the AKASO NVG platform.
5. Others
5.1 If the performance of this Agreement becomes impossible, unnecessary, or meaningless due to force majeure or other unforeseen events, neither party shall be liable. Force majeure referred to in this Agreement means unforeseeable, unavoidable, and insurmountable objective circumstances, including but not limited to war, typhoons, floods, fires, lightning strikes or earthquakes, strikes, riots, statutory diseases, hacker attacks, network viruses, technical regulations imposed by telecommunications departments, government actions, or any other natural or man-made disasters and other objective circumstances.
5.2 The validity, performance, and all matters related to the effectiveness of this clause and its amendments shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, and any disputes shall be exclusively governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
5.3 Any disputes or controversies arising between the user and our company due to these terms shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If the negotiation fails, the user hereby agrees to submit the dispute or controversy to the people's court with jurisdiction over the place where our company is located for litigation.
5.4 After the user correctly submits the required information for the registration process and confirms this agreement, this agreement shall be established and take effect between the AKASO NVG platform and the user.
5.5 Registered users before the entry into force of this agreement only need to log in to the AKASO NVG platform website using their original username and password, re-accept and confirm this agreement, and then they can continue to use the services of the AKASO NVG platform.
5.6 Term of the Agreement: From the moment the user agrees to this Agreement or starts using the AKASO NVG platform until the user cancels the AKASO NVG platform service.
5.7 Unless otherwise specified in this agreement, both parties shall use email to communicate on matters related to this agreement.
5.8 The email addresses of the relevant departments on the AKASO NVG platform shall be subject to those indicated on the official website of the AKASO NVG platform.
5.9 By using the AKASO NVG platform, you are accepting the AKASO NVG Platform Service Agreement and all its appendices.
5.10 The final interpretation right of this agreement belongs to AKASO NVG platform.
